• Day 1 : COCHIN AIRPORT COCHIN

  Cochin Airport - Cochin - 35 kms 45 Mnts On Arrival at Cochin Airport, Proceed to cochin. Check into hotel. (Guest arriving by Train Will Directly join at cochin hotel). Kochi (also known as Cochin) is a city in southwest India's coastal Kerala state. It has been a port since 1341, when a flood carved out its harbor and opened it to Arab, Chinese and European merchants. Sites reflecting those influences include Fort Kochi, a settlement with tiled colonial bungalows and diverse houses of worship. • Day 2 : COCHIN MUNNAR

  Cochin - Munnar - 140 kms 4.5 hrs After breakfast to Munnar (04 Hrs drive). enjoy the marvelous Valara & Cheeyappara Seasonal waterfalls, high mountains with the low flying clouds passing by. Arrive Munnar and check in at hotel. Day at Leisure. Overnight at Munnar. Overnight stay at Munnar.

  Munnar After breakfast proceed to Rajamalai were the rarest species of mountain goat, "Nilgiri Thars", can be spotted. Afternoon local sightseeing. Local sightseeing of Munnar includes visit to Tata Tea Museum, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point and Honeybee Nest. Evening Return to Munnar town for shopping of Tea, handicrafts, organic strawberry etc. Optional Activities on Extra Cost: Elephant Safari etc. Overnight stay at Munnar

• Day 4 : MUNNAR THEKKADY

  After breakfast proceed to Thekkady. Home to the country's largest Tiger Reserve- Periyar, Thekkady is a great way to enjoy a jungle vacation. On the way take pictures in the lush green Tea gardens. Check in to the Hotel / Resort. Sightseeing of Periyar wildlife sanctuary with boating, spice plantation visits, etc. Optional tours like elephant ride, Kathakali / Kalaripayattu show on your own expenses. Overnight stay at Thekkady.

• Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation, early check in or late Check Out charges.
• Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
• Any extra cost incurred due to delay in Flights, Rail, Strike etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
• Any charges for extra ride, Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu. Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary

Payment Terms & Methods :
* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Non Refundable Booking Amount: Rs.1000/- or 5% of Tour Cost / Service Cost
Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 5% of total tour / service cost .
Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date: 25 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 44 days & 22 prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 21 days to date of departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.

Flight cancellation charges shall be charged at actual in addition to the cancellation charges mentioned herein above.
In case of 100 % cancellation charges it is deemed to mean and include all the charges paid including the air ticket cost and no refund will be paid in case of 100% cancellation charges.
