Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : DELHI - SHIMLA

  Guest are Requested to Report Delhi Airport Terminal No. 2/3 at 9.30 AM(Guest who are coming late flight or by Railway need to make their own arrangements to reach at Hotel). Pickup from Airport and proceed Proceed to Shimla. Upon arrival Check inn at Hotel. Evening Free for Leisure Stay in Shimla.

• Day 2 : SHIMLA

  After Breakfast Excursion to Kufri. Kufri is famous for its Himalayan National Park, Poney and Yak Ride and One can see the endless Himalayan Panorama from Kufri, after lunch sightseeing of various places in and around. Shimla mosques built in (1830), Vice regal Lodge built in (1885), Christ Church built in (1844), The Gaiety Theatre- the first beauty contest of world was supposed to start (1887), The Grindlays Bank (1912)- the world wide bank started by Robert Melville Grindlay, The Scandal Point and The Famous Shopping Plaza of the North the Mall. – Stay in Shimla

• Day 3 : SHIMLA TO MANALI

  After breakfast check out from the hotel a distance of 265 km 8 hrs. on the way visit Sunder Nagar, Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Mata Temple, Kullu Valley. Upon Arrival in Manali Check inn to the Hotel. Stay in Manali

  After breakfast, sightseeing of places in and around Manali, Like Hadimba temple, Manu temple, Vashisht Bath, Van Vihar and evening shopping at the local market. Stay in Manali

• Day 5 : MANALI

  After breakfast excursion to Solang Valley and back to Hotel. Stay in Manali

  Excursion to Rohatang Pass till snow point (Excursion to Rohtang Pass (Guest Own on direct payment & Subject to Permit). Situated at an altitude of 3979 mtrs above sea level and 51 kms outside Manali is the mighty Rohtang Pass - the gateway to Lahaul-Spiti valley. It affords a wide panoramic view of the mountains. Here one sees the majesty of the mountains at its height and splendor. At the top of the pass the air seems to glitter against the snow as you look down over herringboned ridges into the Lahaul valley. Evening at Leisure. Stay in Manali (Closed on Tuesday) Note: Rohtang Pass Closed from Nov to May Month due to snow.

• Day 6 : MANALI TO CHANDIGARH (320 KMS)

  Checkout from the hotel drive to Chandigarh. Chandigarh is the 1st planned modern city of India designed by the French Architect Le Corbusier. The city was named after the mother goddess of power, Chandi, whose temple Chandimandu is a feature of the new city. Evening visit Chandigarh Sightseeing Rock Garden, and Sukhna Lake is subject to time availability. Stay in Chandigarh.

  After breakfast checkout form hotel and drive to Delhi Airport.

• Any air/ train Fare/ Bus/ Transfers (not mentioned in the itinerary)
• Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation, early check in or late Check Out charges.
• Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
• Any extra cost incurred due to delay in Flights, Rail, Strike etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
• Any charges for extra ride, Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column

Payment Terms & Methods :
* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Non Refundable Booking Amount: Rs.1000/- or 5% of Tour Cost / Service Cost
Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 5% of total tour / service cost .
Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date: 25 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 44 days & 22 prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 21 days to date of departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.

Flight cancellation charges shall be charged at actual in addition to the cancellation charges mentioned herein above.
In case of 100 % cancellation charges it is deemed to mean and include all the charges paid including the air ticket cost and no refund will be paid in case of 100% cancellation charges.
