  Super Responsive and Good in Time Keeping We had a very nice tour experience with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris. From the first contact, the team was super responsive and always quick to reply. They answered all our questions clearly and in a very kind way. Everything was well organized and time was always respected. Pick-ups, park visits, and hotel check-ins were all on time, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. The charges were very okay and affordable for what we received. The hotels were comfortable and well chosen, with good service and nice locations. Everything matched what was promised.We also enjoyed a free cultural tour, which we did not even pay for, and it was a very special experience with the local community.Our guide and operator Elisha is a very good and professional operator.   I join Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safari for 6 days trip in Kenya. Company very good, take care me from airport until finish. Driver guide very kind, he explain animal and nature, I can see lion, elephant, giraffe very close. In Maasai Mara, I see lioness hunting, it is very amazing, like movie. Camp is clean and food also good taste. In Naivasha, boat ride very relax, hippo in water look funny. Hell’s Gate walking safari very nice, can see rock, canyon, also bicycle ride safe. Last day Mount Kenya view is beautiful, mountain look very big and snow white. Company always on time, car very comfortable, no problem on road. I feel safe every day. Price also fair compare service, include park fee, meals, transport, everything easy, no worry. I recommend this company to all friend want come Africa. For me this safari is dream come true.   What a memorable safari! From the very beginning Elisha the consultant made everything seamless. He was attentive, professional and always ready to guide us through every step of planning. Once on the ground Big Five the driver turned the experience into pure magic. His knowledge of the parks, patience and sharp eyes for wildlife gave us incredible sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes and more.   Bottom line up front: the best trip EVER. That is a bold statement because I have been to over 50 countries (including 8 African countries). The accommodations, the people, the country, our guide and the animals defied all expectations. To start with Kosen (the owner of the tour company) arranged the trip to be exactly what we asked for. No detail was spared. It was our 30th anniversary and there was a special touch at every stop. More importantly, they sponsor schools in the bush to make sure the kids get a chance for education. They have recued young girls and built dormitories so they can get an education and autonomy. Furthermore, they sponsor soccer teams in the slums of Nairobi for impoverished urban kids and create academic support and tutoring programs to help lift them out of poverty.
