  Climbing Mount Kenya was a completely different experience for us. As soon as I started the journey on the Sirimon route, I realized that this trek is not just about climbing the peak, but also about experiencing nature from close quarters. The view of the huge trees, rocky paths and Mackinders Valley is really impressive. While descending through the Chogoria route after seeing the greenery of bamboo, fountains and deep gorge valley I wanted to stop again and again.   Don't miss a chance to visit the iconic parks of Kenya and Tanzania in one trip. We saw the migration at Masai Mara, the rhinos and flamingos at Lake Nakuru, and the sight of Kilimanjaro standing behind the elephants at Amboseli - in a word - is amazing. The game drive to Serengeti was the highlight of the entire trip. The lodges were luxurious, and the guide was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the 12 days.   Best 5 Days of My Life – Thank You, Trip Genius! Just got back from a 5-day group safari with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris, and honestly — it was everything I hoped for and more! We explored the incredible Maasai Mara, where we saw lions, elephants, giraffes, and even a leopard! Every game drive was thrilling, and our guide made sure we didn’t miss a thing. Then we headed to Lake Naivasha, took a boat ride among hippos, and cycled through Hell’s Gate — such a cool, up-close experience!   Bottom line up front: the best trip EVER. That is a bold statement because I have been to over 50 countries (including 8 African countries). The accommodations, the people, the country, our guide and the animals defied all expectations. To start with Kosen (the owner of the tour company) arranged the trip to be exactly what we asked for. No detail was spared. It was our 30th anniversary and there was a special touch at every stop. More importantly, they sponsor schools in the bush to make sure the kids get a chance for education. They have recued young girls and built dormitories so they can get an education and autonomy. Furthermore, they sponsor soccer teams in the slums of Nairobi for impoverished urban kids and create academic support and tutoring programs to help lift them out of poverty.
