    What an incredible trip. From the very first day everything felt smooth and exciting. The guide was full of knowledge and made every game drive unforgettable.     After the five-day safari, we were enthusiastic about the diverse tour and the offer. It was very varied. We saw all the animals we had hoped for. We also saw the Big Five. John was very keen to show and explain as much as possible. The first accommodation was very adventurous to sleep in a tent with its own bathroom; this must be known to everyone who wants to spend the night in nature. The variety between Masai Mara Park, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha, and Hells Gate Park was very well chosen. We would recommend the tour at any time! ...more

    I've been on safari many times, but this experience in Hell's Gate National Park was completely different. Where we usually see animals in a jeep, we cycled through chameleon-colored mountains, gurgling gorges, and open nature trails. Zebras and impalas walked side by side - as if they were walking with us! During the boat ride on Lake Naivasha, we saw hippos from close quarters, and the chorus of white herons and mallards seemed to create a strange calm. Lake Nakuru was the final destination of the trip - there were rows of giant flamingos, and we were lucky enough to see two white rhinos.     I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
