  It was absolutely an unforgettable lifetime memories! We have collected all the BIG FIVE. My guide Nicholas , aka “Nick of the jungle” was the best. He took such a good care of all of us, and answer all my questions, from animals habits to Kenyan culture. He is friendly, humor, very easy to get along and also very handsome.   After the five-day safari, we were enthusiastic about the diverse tour and the offer. It was very varied. We saw all the animals we had hoped for. We also saw the Big Five. John was very keen to show and explain as much as possible. The first accommodation was very adventurous to sleep in a tent with its own bathroom; this must be known to everyone who wants to spend the night in nature. The variety between Masai Mara Park, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha, and Hells Gate Park was very well chosen. We would recommend the tour at any time! ...more

Our Kenyan guide, Jacob, was exceptional—his driving skills, wildlife knowledge, and ability to find the best viewing spots made all the difference. The Land Cruisers were sturdy and comfortable in both Kenya and Tanzania. The border transition was seamless, and our Tanzanian guide, Raja, was friendly and professional.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.
