  This safari was amazing! The guide was very kind and knew a lot about animals. We saw lions, elephants, giraffes, and many more. The car was comfortable, and the lodges were clean and beautiful. Everything was well planned and safe. Every day was full of fun and new surprises. I really enjoyed this trip and will never forget it.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
