  My safari was very nice. Jacob drive us so careful and show many animals, lion, elephant, giraffe. Elisha arranged everything good, I felt safe, good wellness, good food. I never forget the Great Migration, so amazing for eyes. I will come back again, Inshallah. ...more

  Traveling with my siblings through Kenya with Trip Genius Advisory Safaris was one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. From the moment we landed, everything was perfectly organized—from airport pickup, friendly guides, to seamless transfers. We explored Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli, and saw the Big Five up close. Our guide, David, was knowledgeable and made every game drive exciting. Each place had its magic—sunsets in the Mara, boat rides among hippos, and elephants strolling with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. The lodges were clean, scenic, and perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The customer care from Elisha and the team was top-notch.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.
