Monsoon Magic Package

Arrival & Departure Policy:

• Check-In- 1200 hrs and Check-out- before 1100 hrs.


• Late Check out and early check in will be subject to availability of room.


• Reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival.


• One night's room charge will be levied in case of reservation cancelled within 15 days to the date of check-in & 50% amount on the cancellation from 7 to 10 day prior to the date of check-in.


• In case of non-arrival or cancellation on the same day the 100% of the stay amount would be levied. In case of Flight or bus cancellation or other circumstances the Hotel shall not be able to cancel the reservation & 100% retention shall be levied on the same.

Please Note:

• In case maids shares the room with the guests, then the extra person charges will be applicable accordingly.


• In case of Airport Transfer request, please be informed that the transfer request remains tentative if not provided with complete flight information.

Important:

• As per the Government directives it is Mandatory for all the guest to show their Photo ID proof at the time of Check-In itself which can be in form of Passport, PAN Card ,Voter ID Card, Driving License, failing which the hotel reserves the right of refusal.
