  Climbing Mount Kenya was a completely different experience for us. As soon as I started the journey on the Sirimon route, I realized that this trek is not just about climbing the peak, but also about experiencing nature from close quarters. The view of the huge trees, rocky paths and Mackinders Valley is really impressive. While descending through the Chogoria route after seeing the greenery of bamboo, fountains and deep gorge valley I wanted to stop again and again.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down.
