  I found Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris on Facebook while planning a group trip for 16 friends from Germany. I contacted Elisha, who responded quickly and professionally. He listened to us and organized a clear 10-day safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli, and Lake Naivasha. Everything was well arranged before arrival. In Nairobi, our driver Jacob met us and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made every drive comfortable and enjoyable. In Masai Mara we saw lions, elephants, cheetahs, and more. Lake Nakuru gave us rhinos and beautiful birdlife. Amboseli was unforgettable with elephants and Mount Kilimanjaro. At Lake Naivasha we enjoyed a boat ride and walking safari at Hell’s Gate. Elisha kept checking on us during the safari to ensure everything was perfect. That care made us feel safe and valued. Hotels, food, and timing were all excellent.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.
