  Super Responsive and Good in Time Keeping We had a very nice tour experience with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris. From the first contact, the team was super responsive and always quick to reply. They answered all our questions clearly and in a very kind way. Everything was well organized and time was always respected. Pick-ups, park visits, and hotel check-ins were all on time, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. The charges were very okay and affordable for what we received. The hotels were comfortable and well chosen, with good service and nice locations. Everything matched what was promised.We also enjoyed a free cultural tour, which we did not even pay for, and it was a very special experience with the local community.Our guide and operator Elisha is a very good and professional operator.   I have completed Bencia's 7 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha & Amboseli Budget Safari. Booking with Alfred was easy - he answered every email and call quickly, and even suggested the best photo spots for the season. Our driver-guide, Joseph, was outstanding: sharing interesting facts about wildlife, passion, animals, and Maasai culture, and spotting a leopard on a tree branch at sunset! The highlights were endless - huge herds of elephants in front of snow-capped Kilimanjaro in Amboseli, and white rhinos, hippos and birds in Lake Naivasha, and lions, cheetahs in the Mara Plains. The budget accommodation was well-maintained (good beds, clean facilities, power points) and the food was plentiful and delicious - breakfast buffet, packed lunch, and dinner barbecue under the stars. The group size was perfect for building friendships, and the pace was active but not exhausting. Bencia offers really good value - professional, fun and unforgettable. ...more
