  I traveled solo and had an incredible experience. The itinerary was well thought out, the guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt safe and supported throughout.   This 3-day luxury camping trip with Dallago Tours was absolutely amazing. On the first day of the game drive, I was surprised to see elephants, lions and hyenas. In the interpretation of the guide Joseph learned a lot about the way of life of each animal. The camp was comfortable, with large beds, hot water and just the sounds of nature around - it was a different experience to sleep at night listening to the crickets. Watching the sunrise on the hot air balloon ride in the morning of the second day - magical in a word! It was a once in a lifetime moment to see the animals running in the sun in the sun from above. In the afternoon, I went to the Maasai village and enjoyed their culture, music and dance. Every day was full of fun and excitement.   OMG—this was the coolest trip ever! Huge thanks to Lamara Tourism for organizing the most amazing safari for our family. I still can’t get over how close we got to the wildebeest crossing in Masai Mara—it was intense and beautiful at the same time. I even saw a cheetah sprinting across the plains! Jambo Mara felt like a magical campsite with super comfy beds. Lake Nakuru was all pink with flamingos, and I saw a rhino for the first time—so cool! Our hotel in Nakuru (Woodlands) had great food and Wi-Fi, which was perfect for sharing pics with my friends. Lamara, you totally nailed it! ...more

  Bottom line up front: the best trip EVER. That is a bold statement because I have been to over 50 countries (including 8 African countries). The accommodations, the people, the country, our guide and the animals defied all expectations. To start with Kosen (the owner of the tour company) arranged the trip to be exactly what we asked for. No detail was spared. It was our 30th anniversary and there was a special touch at every stop. More importantly, they sponsor schools in the bush to make sure the kids get a chance for education. They have recued young girls and built dormitories so they can get an education and autonomy. Furthermore, they sponsor soccer teams in the slums of Nairobi for impoverished urban kids and create academic support and tutoring programs to help lift them out of poverty.
