  The booking process with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris was smooth and accommodating, even on short notice. Their guide, Ken, arrived early with a safari pop-up vehicle and took guests to the Giraffe Centre, a local market, and Nairobi National Park for a private 5-hour tour. They saw a wide range of wildlife, including lions, rhinos, giraffes, hippos, and more. Ken was knowledgeable, respectful of animals, attentive, and helped with photos without being overly talkative. The experience ended with a visit to Carnivore Restaurant. Overall, it was a magical and highly recommended safari, and the guests plan to book again with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris. ...more

  I've been on safari many times, but this experience in Hell's Gate National Park was completely different. Where we usually see animals in a jeep, we cycled through chameleon-colored mountains, gurgling gorges, and open nature trails. Zebras and impalas walked side by side - as if they were walking with us! During the boat ride on Lake Naivasha, we saw hippos from close quarters, and the chorus of white herons and mallards seemed to create a strange calm. Lake Nakuru was the final destination of the trip - there were rows of giant flamingos, and we were lucky enough to see two white rhinos.   I had an excellent encounter with them. Every service was provided as agreed upon. There are no problems. I was requested to switch hotels, but I refused and was only assigned to the first one. Accommodations were excellent. Two drivers were present during two segments of the journey. The first driver went above and above to take in the magnificent scenery.   We are Dallago Tours Kenya Tanzania Ltd. We took the 4-day Masai Mara Safari package, and I have to say it was one of the best decisions of my life. Our stay was at the Elangata Olerai Luxury Camp, which was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Just the sound of crickets at night - absolutely in the middle of nature, perfect silence. Going out on a game drive, our guide was very experienced in showing us the four Big Five - the lion, the elephant, the buffalo, and the leopard. Every moment was full of excitement. The pop-up roof of the van and the fridge inside - these little details make the experience even more memorable.   We toured Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar with Dallago Tours, and every day was incredible. Their 4 × 4 safari jeeps are comfortable, and the guides are very experienced. The wildlife experience at Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was amazing. The management of the beach holiday in Zanzibar was perfect - the hotel, transfers, everything went well.
