  Best Services I recommend! At first, I was not sure if Trip Genius Advisory could manage a big group like ours. It looked like a small company.But I was wrong.   We did a 4-day safari with Natural World Kenya Safaris, and honestly it was a great experience for our family. On the first day, we were fascinated by the numerous flamingos in Lake Nakuru. Getting close to Rhino was a special moment of the trip. Everyone was happy to see hippos and different types of birds in the water while taking a boat ride in Naivasha. But I got the real safari feeling at Masai Mara. In two days, we saw lion pride, cheetah hunting, and a group of elephants walking together. I was lucky enough to see a leopard.   As a solo traveler from Dubai, this safari with Trip Genius Advisory Tours & Safaris was beyond amazing! The team handled everything smoothly — from pick-up to lodges and game drives.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.
