  I had an excellent encounter with them. Every service was provided as agreed upon. There are no problems. I was requested to switch hotels, but I refused and was only assigned to the first one. Accommodations were excellent. Two drivers were present during two segments of the journey. The first driver went above and above to take in the magnificent scenery.   Best 5 Days of My Life – Thank You, Trip Genius! Just got back from a 5-day group safari with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris, and honestly — it was everything I hoped for and more! We explored the incredible Maasai Mara, where we saw lions, elephants, giraffes, and even a leopard! Every game drive was thrilling, and our guide made sure we didn’t miss a thing. Then we headed to Lake Naivasha, took a boat ride among hippos, and cycled through Hell’s Gate — such a cool, up-close experience! The group was small and friendly — we felt like one big safari family by the end. The lodges were clean, comfy, and full of character. Everything was taken care of so we could just relax and enjoy.
