  I spoke to Joan and she was thorough with everything from when we landed from our trip in SA to when we finished the trip in KE. She mostly cared about my little ones which was so heartwarming. Our trip in Amboseli was the best , she organised a lit dinner as a surprise for my little one since he was turning 6 in a months time. I would definitely recommend them.   What an incredible trip. From the very first day everything felt smooth and exciting. The guide was full of knowledge and made every game drive unforgettable. We laughed, shared stories, and spotted so many animals up close. The lodges were comfortable and the meals always tasty. Traveling together as a group added so much fun and energy.   We booked a 5 days Kenya safaris from our Diani beach resort. We visited Tsavo West, Amboseli and Tsavo East. We saw all the big 5 plus many other wildlife. Our highlight of the trip was seeing large herds of elephants at Amboseli, rhinos at Ngulia Sanctuary (Tsavo West) and red elephants at Tsavo East.   I had an excellent encounter with them. Every service was provided as agreed upon. There are no problems. I was requested to switch hotels, but I refused and was only assigned to the first one. Accommodations were excellent. Two drivers were present during two segments of the journey. The first driver went above and above to take in the magnificent scenery.   Bottom line up front: the best trip EVER. That is a bold statement because I have been to over 50 countries (including 8 African countries). The accommodations, the people, the country, our guide and the animals defied all expectations. To start with Kosen (the owner of the tour company) arranged the trip to be exactly what we asked for. No detail was spared. It was our 30th anniversary and there was a special touch at every stop. More importantly, they sponsor schools in the bush to make sure the kids get a chance for education. They have recued young girls and built dormitories so they can get an education and autonomy. Furthermore, they sponsor soccer teams in the slums of Nairobi for impoverished urban kids and create academic support and tutoring programs to help lift them out of poverty.
