  What a memorable safari! From the very beginning Elisha the consultant made everything seamless. He was attentive, professional and always ready to guide us through every step of planning. Once on the ground Big Five the driver turned the experience into pure magic. His knowledge of the parks, patience and sharp eyes for wildlife gave us incredible sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes and more. He drove with such skill and care, making us feel safe and well taken care of. Every detail from the game drives to the lodges was perfectly handled.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
