  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   I traveled with my family and had an unforgettable experience with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris. From the start, Elisha promised us a well-organized trip filled with incredible wildlife sightings and great accommodation—and that’s exactly what we got. We spotted everything we hoped to see—lions, elephants, giraffes—you name it! It felt like every moment brought something new. The hotels, both in the parks and at the beach, were excellent—comfortable, clean, and ideal for a family. The whole trip was smooth, safe, and perfectly planned.
