  Super Responsive and Good in Time Keeping We had a very nice tour experience with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris. From the first contact, the team was super responsive and always quick to reply. They answered all our questions clearly and in a very kind way. Everything was well organized and time was always respected. Pick-ups, park visits, and hotel check-ins were all on time, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. The charges were very okay and affordable for what we received. The hotels were comfortable and well chosen, with good service and nice locations. Everything matched what was promised.We also enjoyed a free cultural tour, which we did not even pay for, and it was a very special experience with the local community.Our guide and operator Elisha is a very good and professional operator.   The safari tour was incredible! We were picked up from our hotel right on time, and the adventure began. We had unforgettable moments—we saw all the Big Five!   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   We recently booked a five day Tsavo West, Amboseli, and Tsavo East safari through Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris, and it was simply amazing! Our trip began in Mombasa, and from there it was like entering a new world. The vast savannah of Tsavo West the amazing Mzima Springs, and the presence of countless wildlife amaze us. After reaching Amboseli National Park, the view of Kilimanjaro made our experience even more dreamy. The view from the huge herd of elephants, zebras, giraffes, and lions here was truly incredible. Then a group of elephants roaming on the red soil in Tsavo East looked like a picture! Our guide explained in detail about each animal and their behavior; he was very efficient and knowledgeable.
