  Super Responsive and Good in Time Keeping We had a very nice tour experience with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris. From the first contact, the team was super responsive and always quick to reply. They answered all our questions clearly and in a very kind way. Everything was well organized and time was always respected. Pick-ups, park visits, and hotel check-ins were all on time, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. The charges were very okay and affordable for what we received. The hotels were comfortable and well chosen, with good service and nice locations. Everything matched what was promised.We also enjoyed a free cultural tour, which we did not even pay for, and it was a very special experience with the local community.Our guide and operator Elisha is a very good and professional operator.   I found Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris on Facebook while planning a group trip for 16 friends from Germany. I contacted Elisha, who responded quickly and professionally. He listened to us and organized a clear 10-day safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli, and Lake Naivasha. Everything was well arranged before arrival. In Nairobi, our driver Jacob met us and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made every drive comfortable and enjoyable. In Masai Mara we saw lions, elephants, cheetahs, and more. Lake Nakuru gave us rhinos and beautiful birdlife. Amboseli was unforgettable with elephants and Mount Kilimanjaro. At Lake Naivasha we enjoyed a boat ride and walking safari at Hell’s Gate. Elisha kept checking on us during the safari to ensure everything was perfect. That care made us feel safe and valued. Hotels, food, and timing were all excellent.   My trip with this company was one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment I landed in Nairobi, everything was well organized. The driver-guide was friendly and very knowledgeable about wildlife. I saw lions, elephants, and even the great migration. The lodges were comfortable, food was tasty, and I always felt safe.   What a memorable safari! From the very beginning Elisha the consultant made everything seamless. He was attentive, professional and always ready to guide us through every step of planning. Once on the ground Big Five the driver turned the experience into pure magic.   An enjoyable day trip from Nairobi We took a day trip of Nairobi National Park, Giraffe centre and Karen Blixen museum from Safarilinks. The communication with Douglas was prompt, transparent and professional. Our driver and guide Titus was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it was raining in the morning and we couldn't see lions because of that, we still saw Rhinos, Hippos, Giraffes, Zebras, Impalas, Buffaloes, Crocodiles, Antelopes and lots of birds in their natural habitat.
