    The booking process with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris was smooth and accommodating, even on short notice. Their guide, Ken, arrived early with a safari pop-up vehicle and took guests to the Giraffe Centre, a local market, and Nairobi National Park for a private 5-hour tour. They saw a wide range of wildlife, including lions, rhinos, giraffes, hippos, and more. Ken was knowledgeable, respectful of animals, attentive, and helped with photos without being overly talkative. The experience ended with a visit to Carnivore Restaurant. Our Kenyan guide, Jacob, was exceptional—his driving skills, wildlife knowledge, and ability to find the best viewing spots made all the difference. The Land Cruisers were sturdy and comfortable in both Kenya and Tanzania. The border transition was seamless, and our Tanzanian guide, Raja, was friendly and professional.
