  Super Responsive and Good in Time Keeping We had a very nice tour experience with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris. From the first contact, the team was super responsive and always quick to reply. They answered all our questions clearly and in a very kind way. Everything was well organized and time was always respected. Pick-ups, park visits, and hotel check-ins were all on time, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. The charges were very okay and affordable for what we received. The hotels were comfortable and well chosen, with good service and nice locations. Everything matched what was promised.We also enjoyed a free cultural tour, which we did not even pay for, and it was a very special experience with the local community.Our guide and operator Elisha is a very good and professional operator.   What a wonderful tour! We wanted the private tour to take its own time, and this 12-day safari provided just that. I've seen great wildlife in both Kenya and Tanzania. In Masai Mara lions, leopards, elephants - all have been seen from close. Seeing flocks of flamingos and rhinos on the banks of Lake Nakuru was a very special experience. On a clear day in Amboseli, Mt. Seeing Kilimanjaro is a truly memorable moment. At the end, the Ngorongoro Crater amazes us - the animals around, the beautiful scenery, and the tranquil atmosphere.   After the five-day safari, we were enthusiastic about the diverse tour and the offer. It was very varied. We saw all the animals we had hoped for. We also saw the Big Five. John was very keen to show and explain as much as possible. The first accommodation was very adventurous to sleep in a tent with its own bathroom; this must be known to everyone who wants to spend the night in nature. The variety between Masai Mara Park, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha, and Hells Gate Park was very well chosen. We would recommend the tour at any time! ...more
