  My safari was very nice. Jacob drive us so careful and show many animals, lion, elephant, giraffe. Elisha arranged everything good, I felt safe, good wellness, good food. I never forget the Great Migration, so amazing for eyes. I will come back again, Inshallah. ...more

  I spoke to Joan and she was thorough with everything from when we landed from our trip in SA to when we finished the trip in KE. She mostly cared about my little ones which was so heartwarming. Our trip in Amboseli was the best , she organised a lit dinner as a surprise for my little one since he was turning 6 in a months time. I would definitely recommend them.   On the first morning of my journey from Nairobi, I felt as if I had stepped into another world. Not only the road, but the villages on both sides of the road, the green valleys and the occasional wild animals - all this seemed to paint a new canvas in the eyes. The moment I entered the Masai Mara, the sight of the endless wilderness came to my mind. On the evening of the second day, as the sun slowly tilted to the west, the entire savanna was filled with golden light - the most magical moment of the trip.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
