  What an incredible trip. From the very first day everything felt smooth and exciting. The guide was full of knowledge and made every game drive unforgettable. We laughed, shared stories, and spotted so many animals up close. The lodges were comfortable and the meals always tasty. Traveling together as a group added so much fun and energy.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.
