  Super Responsive and Good in Time Keeping We had a very nice tour experience with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris. From the first contact, the team was super responsive and always quick to reply. They answered all our questions clearly and in a very kind way. Everything was well organized and time was always respected. Pick-ups, park visits, and hotel check-ins were all on time, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. The charges were very okay and affordable for what we received. The hotels were comfortable and well chosen, with good service and nice locations. Everything matched what was promised.We also enjoyed a free cultural tour, which we did not even pay for, and it was a very special experience with the local community.Our guide and operator Elisha is a very good and professional operator.   I join Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safari for 6 days trip in Kenya. Company very good, take care me from airport until finish. Driver guide very kind, he explain animal and nature, I can see lion, elephant, giraffe very close. In Maasai Mara, I see lioness hunting, it is very amazing, like movie. Camp is clean and food also good taste. In Naivasha, boat ride very relax, hippo in water look funny. Hell’s Gate walking safari very nice, can see rock, canyon, also bicycle ride safe. Last day Mount Kenya view is beautiful, mountain look very big and snow white. Company always on time, car very comfortable, no problem on road. I feel safe every day. Price also fair compare service, include park fee, meals, transport, everything easy, no worry. I recommend this company to all friend want come Africa. For me this safari is dream come true.   I spoke to Joan and she was thorough with everything from when we landed from our trip in SA to when we finished the trip in KE. She mostly cared about my little ones which was so heartwarming. Our trip in Amboseli was the best , she organised a lit dinner as a surprise for my little one since he was turning 6 in a months time. I would definitely recommend them.
