  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   We booked a 10-day safari including Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Maasai Mara. The tour was organized by Elisha, and the planning process went very smoothly. Elisha was incredibly helpful and quick to answer all of our questions (and we had many, as this was our first safari), providing useful information along the way. Our driver, John, was the perfect guide. From the airport pickup to the game drives, where he showcased all his skills in finding and spotting all the animals we were hoping to see. Thanks to John, we were able to see all the Big Five and all the big cats we were looking for. The accommodations were excellent and conveniently located (either within the park or close to the gates). Food exceeded our expectations, including the lunch box provided during full-day game drives.   From the very first contact, the Company's professionalism immediately earned my trust. I booked a 3-day Masai Mara group joining safari, and everything was flawlessly arranged — from the well-selected accommodations to the seamless coordination of the itinerary.   The sunrise safari experience in Nairobi National Park was like a scene from a movie! Lions, giraffes, and gazelles appeared all at once.   Our 9-day Kenya safari with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris was truly the trip of a lifetime! From the moment we landed at JKIA to our final farewell, every detail was flawlessly planned and professionally executed. The itinerary was perfectly balanced—breathtaking game drives in the Maasai Mara, serene boat rides on Lake Naivasha, the stunning landscapes of Amboseli with views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, and a relaxing finish at Diani Beach. Our guide was knowledgeable, warm, and attentive, making sure we saw the Big Five and learned so much along the way.
