  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   "Our safari experience was incredible! The team was professional and everything was well-coordinated. Elisha, the CEO, was outstanding from start to finish. Although we missed the Great Migration, which we hope to see on a future private tour, the trip was unforgettable. Just a slight delay during our hotel pickup, but otherwise, top-notch service.
