  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   Just returned from an unforgettable 3-day safari in Amboseli with my friends, organized by Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris — and it was simply amazing! The view of Mount Kilimanjaro was magical, especially in the early morning light. We saw large herds of elephants up close, plus lions, giraffes, zebras, and so many birds! Our guide was professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English and even a little Mandarin, which made us feel at home. The accommodation was comfortable, the meals were delicious, and everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop-off.   An enjoyable day trip from Nairobi We took a day trip of Nairobi National Park, Giraffe centre and Karen Blixen museum from Safarilinks. The communication with Douglas was prompt, transparent and professional. Our driver and guide Titus was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it was raining in the morning and we couldn't see lions because of that, we still saw Rhinos, Hippos, Giraffes, Zebras, Impalas, Buffaloes, Crocodiles, Antelopes and lots of birds in their natural habitat.
