  Climbing Mount Kenya was a completely different experience for us. As soon as I started the journey on the Sirimon route, I realized that this trek is not just about climbing the peak, but also about experiencing nature from close quarters. The view of the huge trees, rocky paths and Mackinders Valley is really impressive. While descending through the Chogoria route after seeing the greenery of bamboo, fountains and deep gorge valley I wanted to stop again and again.   I traveled solo and had an incredible experience. The itinerary was well thought out, the guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt safe and supported throughout.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.   I had an unforgettable 5-day safari with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris in April 2025, visiting the breathtaking Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and the Giraffe Centre in Nairobi. I was referred by my friend Beth, and I’m so grateful she did! Everything was perfectly organized – from the warm welcome to the professional guide who made each destination come alive with stories, wildlife insights, and photo stops I’ll treasure forever. The wildlife sightings in Maasai Mara were beyond my expectations, and feeding the giraffes up close was such a joy! I truly appreciate the attention to detail, the comfort, and the passion behind the experience. I can’t wait to book with them again for my next holiday!   Bottom line up front: the best trip EVER. That is a bold statement because I have been to over 50 countries (including 8 African countries). The accommodations, the people, the country, our guide and the animals defied all expectations. To start with Kosen (the owner of the tour company) arranged the trip to be exactly what we asked for. No detail was spared. It was our 30th anniversary and there was a special touch at every stop. More importantly, they sponsor schools in the bush to make sure the kids get a chance for education. They have recued young girls and built dormitories so they can get an education and autonomy. Furthermore, they sponsor soccer teams in the slums of Nairobi for impoverished urban kids and create academic support and tutoring programs to help lift them out of poverty.
