  Super Responsive and Good in Time Keeping We had a very nice tour experience with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris. From the first contact, the team was super responsive and always quick to reply. They answered all our questions clearly and in a very kind way. Everything was well organized and time was always respected. Pick-ups, park visits, and hotel check-ins were all on time, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. The charges were very okay and affordable for what we received. The hotels were comfortable and well chosen, with good service and nice locations. Everything matched what was promised.We also enjoyed a free cultural tour, which we did not even pay for, and it was a very special experience with the local community.Our guide and operator Elisha is a very good and professional operator.   I went on a safari planned by Elisha together with our director, and I have to say — everything went perfectly! From start to finish, the trip was seamless and truly enjoyable.   My trip with this company was one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment I landed in Nairobi, everything was well organized. The driver-guide was friendly and very knowledgeable about wildlife. I saw lions, elephants, and even the great migration. The lodges were comfortable, food was tasty, and I always felt safe.
