  I went on a safari planned by Elisha together with our director, and I have to say — everything went perfectly! From start to finish, the trip was seamless and truly enjoyable. The hotels were fantastic — comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. The game drives were absolutely amazing; we saw lions, elephants, giraffes, and so much more.   We booked a 5 days Kenya safaris from our Diani beach resort. We visited Tsavo West, Amboseli and Tsavo East. We saw all the big 5 plus many other wildlife. Our highlight of the trip was seeing large herds of elephants at Amboseli, rhinos at Ngulia Sanctuary (Tsavo West) and red elephants at Tsavo East.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.
