  This 3-day luxury camping trip with Dallago Tours was absolutely amazing. On the first day of the game drive, I was surprised to see elephants, lions and hyenas. In the interpretation of the guide Joseph learned a lot about the way of life of each animal. The camp was comfortable, with large beds, hot water and just the sounds of nature around - it was a different experience to sleep at night listening to the crickets. Watching the sunrise on the hot air balloon ride in the morning of the second day - magical in a word! It was a once in a lifetime moment to see the animals running in the sun in the sun from above. In the afternoon, I went to the Maasai village and enjoyed their culture, music and dance. Every day was full of fun and excitement.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
