    The booking process with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris was smooth and accommodating, even on short notice. Their guide, Ken, arrived early with a safari pop-up vehicle and took guests to the Giraffe Centre, a local market, and Nairobi National Park for a private 5-hour tour. They saw a wide range of wildlife, including lions, rhinos, giraffes, hippos, and more. Ken was knowledgeable, respectful of animals, attentive, and helped with photos without being overly talkative. The experience ended with a visit to Carnivore Restaurant.     Traveling with my siblings through Kenya with Trip Genius Advisory Safaris was one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. From the moment we landed, everything was perfectly organized—from airport pickup, friendly guides, to seamless transfers. We explored Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli, and saw the Big Five up close. Our guide, David, was knowledgeable and made every game drive exciting. Each place had its magic—sunsets in the Mara, boat rides among hippos, and elephants strolling with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. The lodges were clean, scenic, and perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The customer care from Elisha and the team was top-notch.     Just returned from an unforgettable 3-day safari in Amboseli with my friends, organized by Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris — and it was simply amazing! The view of Mount Kilimanjaro was magical, especially in the early morning light. We saw large herds of elephants up close, plus lions, giraffes, zebras, and so many birds! Our guide was professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English and even a little Mandarin, which made us feel at home. The accommodation was comfortable, the meals were delicious, and everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop-off.     I am grateful to Natural World Kenya Safaris because they have given us much more than we expected. Every transfer from the airport was on time and organized. Our tour consultant Abel answered every question before the tour started, even at night. We visited 5 parks, and each park had an experienced and certified guide. Our guide Julius could hear every sound in the forest and knew which way the animals were! We had help choosing hotels from Esther, and each lodge was beautiful and comfortable. The food, the service, the view - everything was great. This is definitely the best family vacation of our lives. ...more
