  Starting from Nairobi and reaching the vast grasslands of the Masai Mara National Reserve, everything was beautifully organized. The game drive was the most exciting part of the trip. We were able to see several of the Big Five animals up close, including lions, elephants, and buffaloes. The view of the sunset over the savannah was breathtaking. Visiting Maasai village was also a special experience. I really enjoyed learning about their culture and traditions.The three-day trip was short but full and memorable.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
