  Climbing Mount Kenya was a completely different experience for us. As soon as I started the journey on the Sirimon route, I realized that this trek is not just about climbing the peak, but also about experiencing nature from close quarters. The view of the huge trees, rocky paths and Mackinders Valley is really impressive. While descending through the Chogoria route after seeing the greenery of bamboo, fountains and deep gorge valley I wanted to stop again and again.   What an incredible trip. From the very first day everything felt smooth and exciting. The guide was full of knowledge and made every game drive unforgettable. We laughed, shared stories, and spotted so many animals up close. The lodges were comfortable and the meals always tasty. Traveling together as a group added so much fun and energy.   We booked a 5 days Kenya safaris from our Diani beach resort. We visited Tsavo West, Amboseli and Tsavo East. We saw all the big 5 plus many other wildlife. Our highlight of the trip was seeing large herds of elephants at Amboseli, rhinos at Ngulia Sanctuary (Tsavo West) and red elephants at Tsavo East.   I visited Diani and the Maasai Mara in January 2025, and it was an unforgettable adventure. Diani’s beaches were absolutely stunning, with powdery white sand and crystal-clear water. The weather was perfect for both relaxation and water activities like snorkeling. The local culture added to the charm, making my stay incredibly enjoyable. The Maasai Mara was the highlight of the trip. Seeing the Big Five up close in their natural habitat was beyond words.
