  This safari was one of the best trips in my life. The guide was very friendly and always ready to help. He told us many stories about the animals and the parks. Every day we saw something new lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, and even a cheetah. The car was comfortable, and we always had enough water and snacks. The lodges were clean, safe, and had beautiful views. The food was good and there was something for everyone to eat. I liked that everything was well organized from the start to the end. The team made sure we were always happy and safe. I felt very close to nature, and every sunset was amazing. It was my first safari, and I will never forget it. I took many pictures to show my friends and family. I hope to come back again one day for a longer trip. It was a wonderful experience full of joy, adventure, and learning.   Our safari with Trip Genius Advisory was amazing. From the first day everything was well arranged and stress free. Elisha helped us plan every detail and always kept in touch. Our driver knew so much about the animals and took us to the best spots.... we saw lions, elephants, rhinos, and many more. The hotels were comfortable, the car was clean, and we always felt safe.   After the five-day safari, we were enthusiastic about the diverse tour and the offer. It was very varied. We saw all the animals we had hoped for. We also saw the Big Five. John was very keen to show and explain as much as possible. The first accommodation was very adventurous to sleep in a tent with its own bathroom; this must be known to everyone who wants to spend the night in nature. The variety between Masai Mara Park, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha, and Hells Gate Park was very well chosen. We would recommend the tour at any time! ...more

  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
