  Joining the safari with Trip Genius was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we set off, everything ran smoothly — comfortable travel, friendly staff, and an itinerary that gave us the best of Kenya’s landscapes and wildlife. Watching elephants in Amboseli, spotting big cats in Maasai Mara, and seeing flamingos in Lake Nakuru were moments I’ll cherish.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   We toured Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar with Dallago Tours, and every day was incredible. Their 4 × 4 safari jeeps are comfortable, and the guides are very experienced. The wildlife experience at Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was amazing. The management of the beach holiday in Zanzibar was perfect - the hotel, transfers, everything went well.   Galavant Africa Safaris was absolutely brilliant in organising our safari to Kenya.
