We explored Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli, and saw the Big Five up close. Our guide, David, was knowledgeable and made every game drive exciting. Each place had its magic—sunsets in the Mara, boat rides among hippos, and elephants strolling with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
