  Super Responsive and Good in Time Keeping We had a very nice tour experience with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris. From the first contact, the team was super responsive and always quick to reply. They answered all our questions clearly and in a very kind way. Everything was well organized and time was always respected. Pick-ups, park visits, and hotel check-ins were all on time, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. The charges were very okay and affordable for what we received. The hotels were comfortable and well chosen, with good service and nice locations. Everything matched what was promised.We also enjoyed a free cultural tour, which we did not even pay for, and it was a very special experience with the local community.Our guide and operator Elisha is a very good and professional operator.   We did a 4-day safari with Natural World Kenya Safaris, and honestly it was a great experience for our family. On the first day, we were fascinated by the numerous flamingos in Lake Nakuru. Getting close to Rhino was a special moment of the trip. Everyone was happy to see hippos and different types of birds in the water while taking a boat ride in Naivasha. But I got the real safari feeling at Masai Mara. In two days, we saw lion pride, cheetah hunting, and a group of elephants walking together. I was lucky enough to see a leopard.
