  This company is truly genius! We planned our trip very late because the other company we wanted to book with just went silent. We were so stressed because only 2 weeks remained before our safari day. Then we reached out to Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris, and Elisha promised us that everything will be fine — he said only the hotel might be a small challenge. Later he changed the hotel he first mentioned, but honestly, even after changing it, the one we got was still very good and comfortable. The game drives were the best part! Our guide was so knowledgeable, friendly, and drove us smoothly through the parks. We saw lions, elephants, giraffes, and even cheetahs. Every day was full of adventure and smiles.   On the first morning of my journey from Nairobi, I felt as if I had stepped into another world. Not only the road, but the villages on both sides of the road, the green valleys and the occasional wild animals - all this seemed to paint a new canvas in the eyes. The moment I entered the Masai Mara, the sight of the endless wilderness came to my mind. On the evening of the second day, as the sun slowly tilted to the west, the entire savanna was filled with golden light - the most magical moment of the trip.   Traveling with my siblings through Kenya with Trip Genius Advisory Safaris was one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. From the moment we landed, everything was perfectly organized—from airport pickup, friendly guides, to seamless transfers. We explored Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli, and saw the Big Five up close. Our guide, David, was knowledgeable and made every game drive exciting. Each place had its magic—sunsets in the Mara, boat rides among hippos, and elephants strolling with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. The lodges were clean, scenic, and perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The customer care from Elisha and the team was top-notch.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
