  Great experience with a good price We had a very good experience with Trip Genius Advisory. The communication was clear, and all the information provided to us was accurate. Elisha, the boss, is very professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with, which gave us confidence from the beginning. Our guides, Charles and Jacob, were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the safari truly enjoyable. They made sure we were comfortable and had the best possible experience throughout the trip. The accommodation was simple but comfortable, and overall it matched well with the price we paid. We felt that we received good value for money, especially compared to other options during the high season. Everything went smoothly during the safari.   What a memorable safari! From the very beginning Elisha the consultant made everything seamless. He was attentive, professional and always ready to guide us through every step of planning. Once on the ground Big Five the driver turned the experience into pure magic. His knowledge of the parks, patience and sharp eyes for wildlife gave us incredible sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes and more. He drove with such skill and care, making us feel safe and well taken care of. Every detail from the game drives to the lodges was perfectly handled.   OMG—this was the coolest trip ever! Huge thanks to Lamara Tourism for organizing the most amazing safari for our family. I still can’t get over how close we got to the wildebeest crossing in Masai Mara—it was intense and beautiful at the same time. I even saw a cheetah sprinting across the plains! Jambo Mara felt like a magical campsite with super comfy beds. Lake Nakuru was all pink with flamingos, and I saw a rhino for the first time—so cool! Our hotel in Nakuru (Woodlands) had great food and Wi-Fi, which was perfect for sharing pics with my friends. Lamara, you totally nailed it! ...more

  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.
