  I had an excellent encounter with them. Every service was provided as agreed upon. There are no problems. I was requested to switch hotels, but I refused and was only assigned to the first one. Accommodations were excellent. Two drivers were present during two segments of the journey. The first driver went above and above to take in the magnificent scenery.   We are Dallago Tours Kenya Tanzania Ltd. We took the 4-day Masai Mara Safari package, and I have to say it was one of the best decisions of my life. Our stay was at the Elangata Olerai Luxury Camp, which was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Just the sound of crickets at night - absolutely in the middle of nature, perfect silence. Going out on a game drive, our guide was very experienced in showing us the four Big Five - the lion, the elephant, the buffalo, and the leopard. Every moment was full of excitement. The pop-up roof of the van and the fridge inside - these little details make the experience even more memorable.   Just returned from an unforgettable 3-day safari in Amboseli with my friends, organized by Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris — and it was simply amazing! The view of Mount Kilimanjaro was magical, especially in the early morning light. We saw large herds of elephants up close, plus lions, giraffes, zebras, and so many birds! Our guide was professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English and even a little Mandarin, which made us feel at home. The accommodation was comfortable, the meals were delicious, and everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop-off.
