  I was very lucky to get the last chance to join this safari. I came late, but everything went perfectly! From the first day, the team helped me with all the plans and made me feel welcome. The guide was friendly and very smart about animals. We saw so many — lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and hippos. The game drives were exciting, and the car was comfortable. The hotels and camps were clean and had great food. I liked the sunsets and the peaceful nights. The group was fun, and we became like a small family. Every day was full of adventure and laughter. I learned a lot about nature and African wildlife. Even though I joined at the last minute, everything was well organized, and I didn’t miss anything. I am so happy I didn’t give up on this chance.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
