  Climbing Mount Kenya was a completely different experience for us. As soon as I started the journey on the Sirimon route, I realized that this trek is not just about climbing the peak, but also about experiencing nature from close quarters. The view of the huge trees, rocky paths and Mackinders Valley is really impressive. While descending through the Chogoria route after seeing the greenery of bamboo, fountains and deep gorge valley I wanted to stop again and again.   We did a 4-day safari with Natural World Kenya Safaris, and honestly it was a great experience for our family. On the first day, we were fascinated by the numerous flamingos in Lake Nakuru. Getting close to Rhino was a special moment of the trip. Everyone was happy to see hippos and different types of birds in the water while taking a boat ride in Naivasha. But I got the real safari feeling at Masai Mara. In two days, we saw lion pride, cheetah hunting, and a group of elephants walking together. I was lucky enough to see a leopard.
