  We recently had the pleasure of traveling to two incredible destinations—Thailand and Himachal Pradesh—through different travel packages, and both experiences were truly unforgettable!   My continuation on my earlier review, detail which was missed... would like to rate 4.5 out 5. Went during !8-25-Dec-2019 with family members (9-members), Thailand (Phuket, Krabi, Pattaya & Bangkok). Very well tour package arranged by Mr. Madhuran & Mr. Muruguan . we had wonderful overseas trip in comfortable way in all aspects, hotel, transports, food , safety , etc.. Their on-board vendors Reception is very good, usually would be more challenge but it went very smooth and very carry from on board.   Hi ! Santhosh , First i would like to thank you very much for arranging such a wonderful trip to thailand.... All services were excellent, our schedule was well organized and always punctual. We enjoyed our trip very much. The hotels were class with full comfort and good. But, eventhough we were having lot of time, we missed to visit lot of places in pattaya such as floating market, Ripley's belive it or not, Ramayana water park etc..It would be more enjoyable if you must have added those places in our package.   Thank you for the kind cooperation extended to us by you during our Thailand visit. It was our first family trip abroad. It was a great experience overall. Although there could have been a few changes viz. the Safari World tour was better of the next day of reaching Bangkok. First day after reaching Bangkok the temple tour was a better option as per my opinion. Food in Pattaya as in breakfast and lunch was excellent and that in Bangkok was good overall. Anyway every thing has its pros and cons, still I would say the odds are in favour of the pros. I personally would surely look forward to travel with Sunbird in future. ...more
