Whether you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), or are already staying in Arusha or Moshi, a Stunning Kilimanjaro representative will meet you and take you to your safari Jeep. From this moment on, your safari adventure begins with a drive to Tarangire National Park.

In this park, you will have the chance to see many wild Tanzanian animals (lions, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, etc.), but it is most famous for its incredible number of elephants, which usually stay close to their water source, the Tarangire River. You should be aware that this is wild nature, so the guide cannot guarantee the presence of specific animals, but you can be sure that they will do their best to find everything you're looking for. Experience shows that something magical always happens during a day in Tarangire.

During the game drive, you will be provided with a lunch box, after which the safari will continue. In the evening, you will be transferred to the hotel for your dinner and your first overnight stay.

On this day, it is recommended to leave the hotel as early as possible so you can see the variety of animals that are only active during the morning hours; breakfast will be specially packed in lunchboxes for this purpose. Early in the morning, you will depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and after about an hour, you will already be inside the crater.

The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact caldera. What was once a large mountain has collapsed due to volcanic activity, forming a spectacular valley. It is one of the most famous and interesting national parks in Tanzania because it is home to around 30,000 animals, with edges reaching up to 600 meters high and a floor of about 260 square kilometers. This makes it the number one park with the greatest number of different species per square kilometer. You will have the chance to see buffalo, elephants, lions, wildebeests, zebras, hippopotamuses, and felines such as caracals and servals. The luckiest travelers might even spot a rhinoceros, a species whose numbers are rapidly declining.

This day you will have a full day game drive in Eastern Serengeti, also known as the Gol Kopjes region. This area is named after the famous Serengeti kopjes: small, ancient rock formations that rise dramatically from the flat plains and often serve as lookouts for lions and leopards. The region teems with wildlife, from grazing herds to predators on the hunt.
It is difficult to describe in detail all the animals of the Serengeti valley, for they number in the thousands: elephants, buffalo, ostriches, giraffes, jackals, hyenas, lions, antelopes, leopards and cheetahs - just keep your eyes peeled and enjoy the nature around you.

Lunch boxes will be served during the game drive. After lunch within the park you will circle back in a few hours to head back to Lake Ndutu for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you will go on another full day safari in the southern part of Serengeti National Park. Today, you have the option to have breakfast in the Jeep or in the park, so you can witness the animals during their most active moments.

The Serengeti is home to the Big Five, and the Great Migration of wildebeests only takes place here, including the calving season (Jan-Feb). The vast plains are covered with millions of wildebeests and their herds. Their predators (lions, cheetahs, leopards) will also follow, and there is a high chance of seeing action.

Lunchboxes will be served during the game drive, and in the afternoon, you will leave the park towards your next accommodation, which is located near the city of Arusha, close to the last national park for the game drive that will conclude the trip.

At the end of the afternoon, your guide will drive you back to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or at the airport.
