Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

ARRIVE COLOMBO - ONTO KANDY (APPROX 3HRS 30MINS)

Arrival in Colombo, you will be met by our driver/guide who will assist and drive you to Kandy. En-route visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, established in 1975. Today some of these orphans enjoy the fortune of seeing their grandchildren born in the same location. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Kandy.
Day 2

KANDY

After breakfast this morning, enjoy sightseeing tour of Kandy. Visit the Peradeniya Botanical Garden - First built as a pleasure garden by a Sinhala king and was later expanded by the British. Visit the Kandy town and bazaar, the arts and crafts centre, a gem museum and a lapidary. Also visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy. Thereafter witness a cultural show. Overnight in Kandy.
Day 3

KANDY - NUWARA ELIYA (APPROX. 2HRS 30MINS)

After breakfast today proceed to Nuwara Eliya. Take a tour to the cold and misty hills, step into a tea factory processing the prestigious brand of Ceylon Tea. Make sure to end your day in style over a perfectly blended cup of pure Ceylon Tea. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya
Day 4

NUWARA ELIYA - BENTOTA (APPROX. 5HRS)

After breakfast today, travel to Bentota via Kitulgala, the location where Oscar winning film ‘Bridge on the River Kwai’ was filmed. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Bentota.
Day 5

BENTOTA

After breakfast the day is free at leisure. Or take an optional trip to Balapitiya for a River Safari. Enjoy a two hour boat trip to Madu river, where you come experience day-to-day activities of villagers on the island. Overnight in Bentota.
Day 6

BENTOTA - COLOMBO (APPROX. 1HR 30MINS

After breakfast this morning proceed to Colombo. Upon arrival in Colombo, visit to Buddhist and Hindu Temples, Pettah, Fort, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Colombo Museum, the parliament house and the folk art centre, later enjoy a shopping in Colombo. Overnight in Colombo.
Day 7

DEPART COLOMBO

After breakfast today you have time free until departure, you will be transferred to Colombo Airport for your flight back home
