Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Bandaranaike International Airport - Hotel (colombo)

On arrival at the airport, you’ll be met by one of our representatives outside the exit gate. Just keep a look out for a friendly man
holding a placard with your name on it. The representative will take you to your car, from where you’ll be whisked off to your
hotel. The rest of the day is yours to do with as you please.

Day 2 Colombo-kandy (by Road)

The driver will take you to Kandy ( 2 Hrs 15 Mins / 115 Kms approx.). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take breaks for
refreshments and photography.

Day 3 City Tour Of Kandy (kandy)

Visit Peradeniya Botanical Gardens. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Kandy town including a visit to the sacred temple of the tooth
relic. Thereafter witness a Cultural show. On completion return to hotel in Kandy.
Rest day at leisure,Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4 Kandy-nuwara Eliya (by Road)

The driver will take you to Nuwara Eliya ( 1 Hr 30 Mins / 78 Kms approx.). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take
breaks for refreshments and photography.

Day 5 Nuwara Eliya Tour (nuwara Eliya)

Visit a Tea Plantation and factory. Thereafter enjoy a sightseeing tour of Nuwara Eliya.Upon completion return to hotel in Nuwara

Day 6 Nuwara Eliya-beruwela (by Road)

The driver will take you to Beruwala ( 04 Hr / 210 Kms approx.). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take breaks for

Day 7 Free For Leisure In Beruwala (beruwela)

The day is free to spend as per your interests. We have nothing planned for today as far as sightseeing or activities are
concerned, however your hotel accommodation remains same as chosen.

The driver will take you to Colombo ( 1 Hr 30 Mins / 84 Kms approx.). Along the way you’ll have the opportunity to take breaks for
refreshments and photography.

Day 9 Hotel - Bandaranaike International Airport (colombo)

Your driver will pick you up in plenty of time to drop you at the airport for your flight. We recommend you depart for the airport
four hours before an international flight and three hours prior to a domestic one.

1) Any service/services not availed from the above costing will deduct the
cost as per the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:

15 Days prior to the starting date – 25% of the service cost.

7 Days prior to the starting date – 50% of the service cost.

5-7 Days prior to the starting date – 75% of the service cost.

Less than 24 hours to 5 days prior to dept – 100% of the service cost.

Terms & Conditions:

50% advance of the total package cost before 30 Days asconfirmation from your side. And rest 50% on or before 15 Days.

Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time 1200 hrs noon but at some hotels it is 1400 hrs.

Prices are subject to change with any sudden increase in the cost by supplier and any new tax by the government. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.

Please note, we have allocation from the hotels mentioned. However in the rare event of any of the above mentioned hotels or room category booked not becoming available at the time of reconfirmation of the reservations, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or nextbest available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates(supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.

In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government

taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour priceaccordingly.
