The climate of Egypt is varied throughout its territory. The country sees rainfall primarily during the winter. While the rainfall measures up to 410 mm on the coast at the north, it is very rare and in-between the years. Then again, Sinai’s mountains witness snowfall. The summer temperatures average between 80 and 90 degrees F (26.7 and 32.2 degrees Celsius) and 109 degrees F (43 degrees C). The winter temperatures on the other hand average between 55 and 70 degrees F (13 and 21 degrees C).
Egypt is surrounded by the Gaza Strip and Israel towards its northeast, the Mediterranean Sea towards its north, Sudan to its south, Libya to its west and the Red Sea to its East. It lies between the latitudes 22 degrees and 32 degrees N and longitudes 24 degrees and 36 degrees E.

The period between June and September is the best time for a beach holiday by the Red Sea. And it the deserts are your intended ground for tourism, the best time would be the period between October and February.
