Day 1

KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT >> ARUSHA.

On arrival at the airport, after customs and immigration formalities, you will be met by your driver guide who will transfer you to your lodge for an overnight stay.

Day 2

ARUSHA >> TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK.

After breakfast your guide will meet you and pick you up then drive to our office for a short briefing on the safari before heading off to Tarangire National Park for a game drive with your lunch boxes to be served in the park, on arrival at the gate you will start your game drive en route to your lodge, later drive to your lodge for the evening leisure.

TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Today you have a full day to explore the beauty of Tarangire with an option of taking a lunch box and going out for a full day or doing the morning drive then returning to the camp for lunch and doing another game drive in the evening, later drive back to your lodge.

TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK >> NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA.

After breakfast drive to the park for game drive en route to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with your lunch boxes to be served on the way, later drive to Ngorongoro at your lodge for the evening leisure.

– A deposit is required to confirm bookings.
– Full payment is due before the start of the safari.
– Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations must be made in writing.
– Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation and third-party supplier terms.
– Non-refundable costs may apply (e.g., park fees, flight bookings).
3. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and lost luggage. NOTE THE MEDICAL EMERGENCY INSURANCE(FLYING DOCTORS) IS COMPULSORY FOR EVERY TOURIST DURING THE SAFARI PERIOD.
4. Changes to Itineraries
Onyesha-Expeditions reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational concerns, while ensuring a similar standard of service.
5. Liability
Onyesha-Expeditions is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour unless caused by proven negligence.

* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
