Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Kilimanjaro International Airport >> Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire National Park

On arrival at the airport (Preferable Morning) after customs and immigration formalities you will be met by your driver who will drive you to Tarangire National park with your lunch boxes to be served in the Park, later drive to your lodge for the evening leisure.

Day 2

Tarangire National Park >> Lake Manyara National Park >> Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara National park for game drive with your lunch boxes to be served within the park, later drive to Ngorongoro at your lodge for evening leisure.

Day 3

Ngoro Ngoro Conservation Area >> Serengeti National Park.

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast drive to the crater mini gate where you will descend into the crater for a wonderful game drive with your lunch box to be served in the crater, later ascends from the crater and drive to Serengeti National Park where you will be dropped for evening leisure.

Serengeti National Park

Today you have full day to explore the beauty of Serengeti for game drive en route to North East with lunch boxes, go to your lodge before dusk for the evening leisure.

Another fully day will be spent here for game drive with your lunch boxes to be served within the park at a recommended picnic site, return to your camp before dusk for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast you have a farewell game drive to Serengeti en route to Lobo Airstrip to connect your flight to Zanzibar, on arrival you will be picked by our representative and drive you to your Hotel.

1. Bookings & Payments
– A deposit is required to confirm bookings.
– Full payment is due before the start of the safari.
– Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations must be made in writing.
– Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation and third-party supplier terms.
– Non-refundable costs may apply (e.g., park fees, flight bookings).
3. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and lost luggage. NOTE THE MEDICAL EMERGENCY INSURANCE(FLYING DOCTORS) IS COMPULSORY FOR EVERY TOURIST DURING THE SAFARI PERIOD.
4. Changes to Itineraries
Onyesha-Expeditions reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational concerns, while ensuring a similar standard of service.
5. Liability
Onyesha-Expeditions is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour unless caused by proven negligence.

7. Jurisdiction

Payment Terms & Methods :

* 25% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
