Once you’ve cleared immigration and collected your baggage, you’ll be greeted by a representative who will escort you for a comfortable 3- hour drive to Pattaya, a vibrant coastal city known for its beaches and nightlife. Upon arrival in Pattaya, proceed for an early check-in at your hotel (additional payment needed) where you can relax and freshen up after the journey. Enjoy a delightful breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant (available only until 10:00 AM). After breakfast, kickstart your adventure with a visit to the Tiger Park, where you can observe and interact with tigers in a safe and well managed environment. Next, explore the bustling Pattaya Floating Market, a unique marketplace offering a wide variety of traditional Thai products, souvenirs, and street food, all on floating boats. General Information

• Tiger Park/Kingdom Restrictions
• Visitors to Tiger Park/Kingdom must adhere to age and height requirements based on the interaction categories. For the Big category, participants must be 18+ years and at least 160cm tall; for Medium, 17+ years and 150cm; for Small, 16+ years and 150cm; and for Smallest, all ages are allowed but must be 120cm+. The Newborn category has no age or height restrictions. Additionally, all children under 16 years must be accompanied by a paying adult for safety purposes.
• Vehicle Policy
• The type of vehicle provided depends on the number of travelers in your group. If additional vehicles or a vehicle with a larger capacity is required due to extra or oversized luggage, additional charges will apply. It is advised to pack efficiently to avoid such situations.
• Private Transfers
• Private transfers are for scheduled pickups and drop-offs only and are not available for disposal throughout the day. The maximum waiting time for private tours or transfers is 15 minutes. If you are not present at the pickup point within this timeframe, it will be considered a No Show, and the service will not be rescheduled. Seat-in-Coach (SIC) Transfers
• SIC transfers involve shared bus services with other passengers. Guests are requested to be ready at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The driver or guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. Delays of 30-45 minutes may occur due to traffic conditions and multiple pickups along the route.
• Timing Changes
• For shared transfers, pickup timings may be adjusted (preponed or postponed) based on your hotel location and the pickup vehicle’s route. Notifications regarding timing changes will be sent via WhatsApp. For private tours or transfers, any changes in pickup timings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp. Last-minute change requests will not be entertained.
• Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date
• of travel.
• We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.
• At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
