MORNING ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN: Arrive at Kochi International Airport (COK) & transfer to Alleppey (approx.. 2.5 hrs). Check into a hotel or homestay near the beach or a backwater resort.
LUNCH; Enjoy a traditional Kerala Sadya (meal) or seafood lunch.
AFTERNOON ALLEPPEY BEACH & PIER: Visit the historic Alleppey Beach, known for its old, rustic pier that stretches into the Arbian Sea.
LATE AFTERNOON ALAPPUZHA LIGHTHOUSE: Climb the lighthouse for panoramic views of the beach & town,
EVENING RELAXATION: Stroll along the beach & enjoy the sunset. Have dinner at a local eatery.

MORNING HOUSEBOAT CHECK-IN: Check out of your hotel & board your traditional Kettuvallam (houseboat) by noon.
AFTERNOON BACKWATER CRUISE: Begin your overnight cruise through the scenic backwaters. Watch local life unfold - villagers fishing, children commuting to school & paddy fileds stretching to the horizon.
LUNCH; Enjoy a delicious lunch of local cuisine cooked on board.
LATE AFTERNOON VILLAGE WALK & CANOE RIDE: The boat usually anchors by late afternoon. Take a short walk through a backwater village or hire a smaller canoe (country boat) for a peacful ride through narrow canals that the houseboats cannot access.

AFTERNOON KRISHNAPURAM PALACE: Drive south ( approx. 45-60 mins) to visit this beautiful palace, known for its distinct architecture & the massive mural painting, Gajendra Moksham.
EVENING AYURVEDA EXPERIENCE: Relax with a traditional Ayurvedic massage at a certified center.

MORNING MARARI BEACH (RECOMMENDED FOR RELAXATION): Take a short drive to Marari (approx. 30mins). It is known for its pristine, quiet & less-crowded shores. Spend the morning relaxing, swimming & enjoying the sun.
OR VARKALA BEACH (FOR SCENIC CLIFFS): Take a longer drive south to Varkala (approx. 3 hrs). Famous for its stunning cliffs overlooking the Arabian sea, Varkala has a more bohemain feel.
LUNCH; Lunch at a beachfront cafe/shack (especially famous in Varkala).
AFTERNOON BEACH TIME: Spend the afternoon enjoying the beach atmosphere.
EVENING; Return to your accommodation in Alleppey.

MORNING DAY TRIP TO KOCHI: Take an early drive to Fort Kochi (approx. 2 hrs). Kochi is Kerala's historic & cultural hub.
LATE MORNING CHINESE FISHING NETS: Visit the iconic, cantilevered Chinese Fishing Nets, a symbol of Kochi's history.
LUNCH; Lunch at a restaurant in Fort Kochi, perhaps trying fusion cuisine reflecting the city's cosmopolitan past.
AFTERNOON JEWISH SYNAGOGUE & DUTCH PALACE: Explore the historic Paradesi Synagogue ( check timing, often closed for a few hrs in the afternoon & the nearby Mattancherry Palace (Dutch Palace) known for its murals.
EVENING; RETURN TO ALLEPPEY or, if you prefer, stay in Kochi for the evening & drive the next morning.
