On arrival at Chandigarh railway station/Airport and you will be meet, assisted and drive to Shimla. After that evening reach to Shimla. Check into the hotel, dinner and overnight stay in hotel in Shimla.

Shimla - Local + Kufri Sightseeing - Shimla

After morning breakfast in the hotel, check out from the hotel, drive to visit, sightseeing Shimla, visit KUFRI, India's one of the best holiday paradise Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town – “THE MALL & THE RIDGE” This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla's landmarks - the neo- gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo - Tudor library building - are worth seeing. Overnight stay at hotel.

Today after early breakfast and check out from the hotel you will proceed towards to Manali. Enjoy on the way Sightseeing visit Sunder Nagar Lake, Mandi, Pandoh Dam & Kullu Shawal Factory .Take an optional rafting trip in river Beas at Kullu (subject to weather condition and on direct payment basis) On arrive in Manali check into the hotel . Today morning after breakfast at hotel start half day sightseeing of Manali which includes Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Club House and Van Vihar. Evening is free to explore the local market of Manali and you can also enjoy a nature walk on The Mall Road of Manali. Later return back to hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.

Today morning after early breakfast at hotel start Full day sightseeing of Manali proceed to Solang Valley which simply offers panoramic view of mountains rising far above the clouds & which are breathtaking. Visit most beautiful Solang Valley (Adventure Valley) where numbers of Adventure activities is conducted. After full day sightseeing retune back to hotel. Later return back to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis,
Check In / Check Out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon).

EXTRA PERSON COST

Children below 6 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 6 years is chargeable and direct payable at hotel).
Children between 6- 12 Years & Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.

Prepone & Postpone Policy

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 2 Year from the date of advance payment.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:-

50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.
Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable.
The remaining 25% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged 20% Of Total Package .
Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention Cancellations between 05 to 07 days 0f Check in 100% of the booking will be charged.
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date .

Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
