• Day 1 : Delhi - Dharamshala (492km – 10-11Hrs)

  On arrival at Delhi railway station/Airport and you will be meet, assisted and drive to Dharamshala. After that evening reach to Dharamshala Check into the hotel, dinner and overnight stay in hotel in Dharamshala.

  After breakfast full day sightseeing to Khajjiar , 25 Kms from. Dalhousie. It’s one of the most scenic saucer shaped Plateau and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests, its beauty has further been enhanced by a small lake in the centre with a floating island and 9-hole golf course here are the other interesting places to cover. Dinner and overnight stay at Dalhousie.

Terms & Conditions

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis,
• Check In / Check Out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon).

EXTRA PERSON COST

• Children below 6 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 6 years is chargeable and direct payable at hotel).
• Children between 6- 12 Years & Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.

Prepone & Postpone Policy

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail.
• The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
• We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 2 Year from the date of advance payment.
