The monastery has a beautiful 30m high gold-plated statue of Maitreya Buddha, Hemis monastery and Stok Palace Museum. Return to Leh. Enjoy the spectacular view of sunset from Shanti Stupa.

The Nubra valley lies in the north of leh and is accessible over the Khardungla pass 5600 Mtrs which is one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Today we drive up north of Leh , across the Khardongla pass into Nubra valley 130km. On arrival check in at Camp in Hunder. You can walk through the silvery Sand Dunes of Nubra near Hunder village and you can enjoy the ride of wild double humped Bactrain camels which is found only in Nubra valley as far as India is concerned.

After breakfast at camp in Hunder you will leave to Turtuk . Explore beautiful Turtuk and then come back to Deskit and enjoy sunset from Deskit monastery.

After an early breakfast you will leave for Pangong Lake. Pangong Lake is a salt water body of 120 km in length. It is bisected by the international border between India and China (2/3 of the lake is in China's possession). Visit the exact location of the famous movie "Three idiots" and enjoy outing along the banks of the lake. You can enjoy photo-shoots of the lake.

You can enjoy early morning photo-shoots of the lake which looks great, breakfast and then drive Tsomoriri Lake. Enroute you will come across through the many small villages like Maan Merak Chusul Tsaga La etc. On you way you can spots Black necked Crane, Tibetan wild ass and other wildlife.
Tsomoriri is 23 km long and 10-15 km wide and the panoramic view of the Lake is amazing with Turquoise coloured water.It is a beautiful lake that lies at an altitude of around 15000 feet above sea level.

After breakfast you visit Korzok monetary, Enroute you will visit Puga valley which is quite famous its Hot spring and has good potential of geothermal energy . by lunch you will reach Tsokar and you can enjoy the scenic beauty of this place.Here you can visit Thukje Gompa .And passing through Taglang La you will reach Leh by early evening.

After breakfast drive to Alchi Monastery one of the 7 wonders in India which enshrines among the most magnificent miniature Buddhist paintings in the Himalayas which are more than 1000 years old. Enroute visit photo stop at the mgnificent magnetic hill which defies the law of gravitation, Patthar Sahab gurudwara, confluence of Indus & Zanskar Rivers which are two major rivers in Ladakh, and quite popular for River Rafting. Later on way back we shall stop to visit the Basgo Castle which has some astounding murals and visit Hall of fame.Reach Leh and Visit explore the Leh Town.
