For the South Pole, this darkness period stretches from around late March to late September. During the polar winter, there are no sunrises or sunsets, only continuous darkness (roughly March to October), is characterized by extreme cold, darkness, and strong winds. Conversely, the Antarctic summer (October to March) brings 24 hours of daylight, with the sun never setting. The length of daylight and darkness varies depending on the location within Antarctica, with the duration increasing the closer one gets to the South Pole.

Same as earlier day. You can land on Antarctica Iceberg land but its on Captain's Choice as per availability. Cruise crew team will guide you the schedule. So please listen the announcement carefully everything they inform on prior basis.
