  Both the trip and the travel company were spectacular. We had never traveled to Bali and weren't quite sure what to expect. From the start of planning all the way through our flight back to Lucknow, the travel planner and his team made the entire experience a delight.   Dear Pretty Planet Team, I would like to thank you for organizing my trip to Bali. I must say it was up to the expectations. The stay at Bali Dream villa Seminyak and Grand Mirage was brilliant and luxurious. The services provided by the guide and PACTO were indeed world class. I got private car for all my visits which was not even a part of the package. The guide was courteous and took around the whole city at times.
