  Willow banks is undoubtedly the best hotel on the Mall Road. I researched slot before booking as we were a group of friends we wanted some place very central - right on the Mall Road so that we can be in the midst of the fun . We came across this hotel and loved it as they have some fantastic eateries too. Our visit was lovely. The four days we stayed here was enjoyable. Property is very well maintained and also retains its classic charm. The food servicing is good. The in-house microbrewery was my favourite. Totally loved the vibe! From food to ambience.
