  Finally we are back from Maldives, Trip was great, resort was great. Yes our dates also got change as SBSJ tours were facing some issues with supplier and for that we have to change our dates to Diwali, but now what we feel is that every thing happened was good for us. From starting of the Tour to till the End of the Tour Nirvair was always touch with us to check if we are not getting any issues. This was our 5th trip with SBSJ Tours and first International trip with them. Our last trip for Himachal, Rajasthan , Andaman and Nicobar and Darjeeling were also very good. What I will say is they have very good service for Domestic Tour. Really thanks for such an amazing trips. ...more

  Visiting Darjeeling was certainly an experience to remember. The places we were taken to were so beautiful, the view from top of the tiger hills,the waterfalls, kanchanjanga and many "must visit places" of West Bengal. Each day we were given different places to stay at night, all were amazing.Very peaceful and beautiful resorts and hotel rooms. Food was adjustable. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian were available. Was really adventurous while traveling through the hills, the driver had amazing driving skills. The agent was good and helpful. ...more

  Hi, I really want to thank the company (Adarsh Tours) on behalf of my all family. It was a tremendously awesome experience getting hospitality from a company like this. Fabulous experience with the employees there, They are very helpful and generous with precise professional ethics. I really want to thank the owner for bringing such a affordable and new concept for all small towners. Now nothing is a big , you can get whatever and whenever 24×7 by only dialling the 10 digit number. I went from Ranchi to Darjeeling it was pleasant and safe tour..   We had booked 10 days all inclusive package for Darjeeling & Sikkim from Utkarsh Travels in June. I cannot say enough good things about this Utkarsh Travels! we decided to spend 2 weeks traveling through Sikkim and Darjeeling. I researched extensively for a travel company who could put together the perfect itinerary for us and I am so grateful that I did find Utkarsh travels. Mr Raj Chhettri helped me put together an itinerary that made the most sense given where we wanted to cover all or most of the key tourist spots in the area. Mr. Raj Chhettri set us up with the best drivers who were also tour guides in each city. I must have exchanged a hundred emails and phone calls during our tour, and he was always so responsive, gracious and informative. The hotels Raj Chhettri arranged for us were of top class in facility (Bed, Food, Wifi etc), location and brands and we were given enough details about our stay ahead of time so we knew what our experiences would be. Not to mention the Darjeeling Gorkha land upset during June/July, we were apprehensive to visit there as our son flight back to USA was scheduled in same week. Raj Chhettri was so diligent that he kept giving us update on the progress on a daily basis and flexible enough proactively to update our itinerary to avoid Darjeeling but yet to cover another city (which is safe) and also worth spending time. We had also requested to visit couple other local spots and Utkarsh travel was very kind to accommodate those in our trip at no extra cost. Mr Raj Chhettri (who is also apparently the owner) show up personally to thank us for our business a night before our flight back to Delhi, in Siliguri. Just for fun my wife asked where do we get the best Rasugulla, he was so gracious and also took us by surprise when he showed up with best Rasugulla within an hour back to hour hotel. Thats speak to the level of customer service Utkarsh Travel has to provide. Our confidence and experience in Utkarsh travel excelled further we were waiting at airport for departure and we overheard at-least 3-4 other groups came for vacation thru some other package tour companies and had a terrible experience that their travel agencies did not even pick their phone calls during the Darjeeling upset and as a result they were spending couple nights at airport. This was a truly customized trip of a lifetime for us, friends and family, and we will never forget the amazing times we shared together, all courtesy of this travel company.
