    We were 13 people went to goa trip[ with the help of zeenat tour and Travels. As the tour was according to our plan, we all were happy with all the arrangements done by them. The selection hotels, welcome and the staff behaviour were extremely good. The transportation organized by them was also very good.     They are providing booking at 3* / 4* properties, most of properties are very old , and haven't good reviews..... and I am totally disappointed from AR Holidays Communication System, Most of Staff Are Behaving Rude on call While Booking A Holidays, They made online booking system through Own Website But , Never getting response on email without calling and fighting on phone call.... I am very disappointed from communication & Management system of AR Holidays , hope Ar Holidays will Improve on this all, and also one thing was happened here is , When we attended presentation for registration for membership, that time they presented very long list of Properties at many places in India that list was about more then 100 places in india and now they listed only 24 places on online booking website , and also made many limitations like , no much suitable dates of bookings are available mostl.... ...more
