Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Ahmedabad

  Arrival at Ahmedabad international airport. Please clear immigration and visa formalities, collect your baggage. Lotus India Holidays representative will meet you in the arrival hall with a placard in your name to greet you. You will be transferred to hotel and assisted with the check in formalities. Overnight.

• Day 2 : Ahmedabad – Jambughoda

  This morning after breakfast travel to Jambughoda. En-route visit Champaner, a historical city & capital of Sultanate of Gujarat is situated about 50 kms from Vadodara. Visit Jami Masjid, a UNESCO World Heritage site built in 1513. Also visit Kalika Mata Temple, a Hindu goddess temple complex and pilgrim centre at the summit of Pavagadh hill. On arrival check-in at hotel. Evening stroll through the local bazaar. Overnight

• Day 3 : Jambhughoda – Bhavnagar

  This morning after breakfast travel to Bhavnagar. En-route visit Blackbuck National Park, Velavadar housing the largest number of Blackbucks in the country. Striped Hyenas, local wolves, lesser florican & herds of antelopes can be spotted easily in the park. On arrival check-in at hotel. Overnight

• Day 4 : Bhavnagar – Palitana – Bhavnagar

  This morning excursion to Palitana. Palitana is the world’s only mountain that has more than 900 temples. The main temple on top of the hill, is dedicated to the first Tirthankara Rishabhanantha (Rishabhadeva). Return to Bhavnagar. Afternoon visit Takhteshwar temple to witness the commanding view of Bhavnagar. Later take a walk in the local bazaar. Overnight

• Day 5 : Bhav Nagar - Sasan Gir

  This morning after breakfast travel to Sasan Gir, the sole home of the largest number of Asiatic Lions in India. En-route visit Junagarh. Drive past the Mahabat Maqbara for photostop. Visit Uparkot Fort built by Mauryan Emperor Chandragupta. Within the walls lies Jama Mosque, Buddhist caves & two step wells. Continue to Sasan Gir. On arrival check-in at hotel. Overnight

• Day 6 : Sasan Gir

  Early this morning visit the National park for jeep safari. Return hotel for Lunch. Later proceed for afternoon jeep safari of the day. Dinner at hotel. Overnight

• Day 7 : Sasan Gir – Gondal

  Early this morning travel to Gondal, en-route visit Neminath Jain temple, Girnar on the summit of Mount Girnar. Continue to Gondal. On arrival check-in at hotel. Later visit Naulakha Palace, the oldest extant palace. Also visit the Vintage car museum. Overnight

• Day 8 : Gondal – Wankaner

  This morning after breakfast travel to Wakaner, en-route visit Goddess temple & Pada Pul (Hanging bridge) in Morbi. Continue to Wakaner. On arrival check-in at hotel. Afternoon visit Wankaner Palace. Later take a walk in the local bazaar. Overnight

• Day 9 : Wakaner – Bhuj

  This morning travel to Bhuj, a desert city with long history of kings and empires. En-route visit local family to witness the handicraft works such as embroidery & weaving. On arrival check-in at hotel. Later proceed for city tour of Bhuj. Visit Aaina Mahal, Prag Mahal & Swami Narayan temple. Overnight

  This morning after breakfast excursion to Khavda, famous for its handicraft works. Later visit Kala Dungar having panoramic views & world famous White Rann. Later return to hotel. Overnight

• Day 11 : Bhuj – Bajana

  This morning after breakfast travel to Bajana, a princely state famous for its royal safari camps to the Little Rann of Kutch to watch the wild asses in the Wildlife sanctuary. On arrival check-in at hotel. Later proceed for afternoon Jeep safari in the sanctuary. Overnight.

• Day 12 : Bajana – Balaram Palace
