  We (a family of 8pax) have visit south India on Feb 2020 for 10 days. It was a great pleasure to have Mystical India Holidays as our tour operator. It was a tour from Tiruchirappalli to Chennai by visiting most Temples, Churches and some interesting places. We have stay in 7 hotels along our travel from Tiruchi, Kumbakonam, Rameswaram, Madurai, Coimbatore, Ooty, Tiruvannamalai, Kalahasti and finally Chennai. Ms Selvi has select the most finest 3 & 4 star hotels for our stay. The hotels are all well equipped with all the fecality’s that we need. The driver Mr Swami Kannan is another plus point for us. He makes this trip even more joyful. He’s very caring and friendly with super professional skill of safe driving. We have been provided with local sim card for 3 persons in our team. We just have to top up some amount and start calling. They also provided an internet dongle in the vehicle where we have Wifi for the entire journey.   The ideal company to assist in arranging your perfect visit to India We began our most enjoyable and exciting Indian adventure by staying at the Jyoti Mahal Hotel, wrapping up our travels there as well, with return visits in between at varying points on our itinerary, which included Kashmir, Chennai and Kerala and which was expertly and professionally arranged for us by Indo Tours & Travel. Some of the highlights of our trip were the times we stayed on houseboats, both in Kashmir and Kerala, and the hill station county of Munnar in Kerala. It was at Jyoti Mahal that we were introduced to Mr. Baljeet Jii, through our excellent points of contact, Mr. Bilal (Bill) Boktoo and Mr. Asif Sameer, managers with the company "Indo Tours & Travel". They helped plan our trip with smooth and worry-free connections, airport and taxi pick-up at various locations, and arranged drivers to and from other venues and sight-seeing.   Apologies for the delayed feedback about the trip to Tirupati. As you are already aware that there were problems regarding the bookings for the Darshan, which we had attributed to issues from your end, it was only later that we realized that the Board of Tirumala was entirely responsible for the cancellation of the Darshans. Even when I spoke to them directly, they had confirmed that tickets were being issued but in spite of my standing with my family in the queue for more than 2½ hours, they informed that all AAD Darshans had been cancelled. Later on when your representative, Mr. Harsish took us to Tirumala for getting tickets for the following day’s Darshan, the TTD Board suddenly started issuing tickets for the AAD Darshan. It was only then that we realized that the mistake was entirely theirs. Eventually, Mr. Harish took excellent care of us and was extremely helpful in getting our Darshan done. Though you had agreed not to charge anything extra for the extra day that we had to spend in Tirupati, it was only because of your excellent services (and the fact that the CHAOS was caused entirely by the Board) that I agreed to pay for the extra day’s stay, though you never claimed it.
