Day 3 Day Excursion To Pangong Lake

Pangong Lake

After an early breakfast, we leave for Pangong Lake through Changla pass (5486 Mtrs). The long easy ascent takes you to Changla pass through its winding roads passing through Sakti Village. Stop at the Changla Pass for a quick photograph session. The Chang La (also known as Changla) is one of the highest mountain roads of the country. The pass, guarded and maintained by the Indian Army (due its proximity to Chinese border), is covered with snow throughout the year. This road is usually open all year, but it can be closed anytime when the access is not cleared of snow. The Changla Pass is the main gateway for the Changthang Plateau situated in the Himalayas. The pass is located on the 134 km-long (83 mi) road between the Pangong Lake and Leh. Road closures can be frequent. Later, we drive down to the village of Tangtse, where you can relax for a cup of tea. Leaving Tangtse for Pangong you pass through few small villages of Changthang and finally you can have a sudden view of the Pangong Lake situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). Day 4 Transfer From Leh To Nubra Valley Via Khardung La

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and we drive to the 'valley of flowers' Nubra Valley (120 kms/4-5 hrs). After you hit the road, your journey to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (5602 mts, 18,390 ft, 39 km from Leh) - the highest motorable road in the world. From the pass, one can expect stunning views of Indus valley and the seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and the giants of the Saser massif to the north. Nubra Valley is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. Upon arrival in Nubra, check in to your hotel/camp in Hunder. In the evening, take a walk around the tiny villages to get an idea of the way locals live. A visit to a Ladakhi home can also be arranged (subjected to availability at extra cost if applicable). Please note after booking, no changes in the itinerary will be possible.
Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
It is advisable to get a health check- up done prior to travel to Ladakh, as well as carry appropriate & required medicine as advised. At the time of booking, it will be assumed that the suggested health check up has been done/ will be done by the customer prior to travel.
In case of road blocks, the vehicle may need to take an alternate route to get you to your destination. This will be subject to additional charges as applicable and payable directly on ground.
Tours and Transfers
Vehicle as mentioned in the booking will be provided. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicle or upgraded vehicle is required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
Vehicle is available for use only till 8 pm ( as per itinerary); for North East India, Vehicle is available only till 4 pm (as per itinerary). Vehicle being kept till late hours will be subject to night charges as applicable and payable directly on ground.
Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary.The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified, in case of any changes post confirmation additional cost may be applicable on the basis of changes done (to be borne by the customer)
Itinerary changes are subjected to availability of tours, weather conditions and operational possibilities
Any Tour if missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing, time permitting.
Due to operational reasons, the routing of the tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
As Leh is the base town for all connecting towns in Ladakh, there is a possibility that a few sightseeing will be mentioned multiple times in the itinerary, it is up to the customer if he wishes to see the same again, time permitting. However no refund will be provided in case the same has not been covered the second time, as no additional amount is being charged for the same.
Vehicles in Hill Areas – Even if you opt for AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage or mid-trip break down of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also,
in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents

Terms And Conditions

Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Seat selection and room allocation (including room number, floor, view, and proximity of rooms) are determined by the airline/hotel and cannot be guaranteed.In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
The price does not include any personal or incidental expenses, including laundry, room service, minibar charges, beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), tips, portage, and similar services.
If your stay falls on special dates (like 24th December, 31st December, 14th February, etc.) when hotel organize gala dinner, then there may be mandatory Gala Dinner Charges additional that you need to pay at the hotel directly. Country guidelines may change without notice, hence do check travel rules and your eligibility for travel on the regulatory website of the respective country/state, before booking your travel.

Our Scope Of Services

We act solely as holiday organizers. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:
You are required to follow the terms, conditions, and rules of each service provider. This includes, for example, airline baggage policies and hotel meal timings. Any consequences arising from non-compliance will be at your own risk.
If you cause any injury or damage to a service provider, you may be held liable, and any amounts recovered from us in this regard will be charged to you accordingly. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.
We reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

Airline Policy

Airline Policy & Refunds: All cancellations, changes, and schedule modifications are governed by the airline’s policy. Non-refundable fares are not eligible for any refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be
processed within 30 working days after deducting airline cancellation charges and service fees (5% for cancellations, 2.5% for amendments). One-way cancellations are not permitted. Liability & Charges: In case of flight cancellations or schedule changes, we are not liable to provide alternate flights within the same cost. Any additional costs, including airline-imposed charges or processing fees for changes or cancellations, shall be borne by the traveler.
Mandatory Requirement: For infant bookings, valid Date of Birth proof must be presented at check-in.

Amendment Of Booking By Guest

If you wish to amend or change your booking, you must submit your request in writing to your travel advisor or email us All such requests will be accepted subject to availability. Please note that any amendment or change will be treated as a new booking. If the amendment is made within the cancellation period, cancellation charges will apply as per the date the amendment request is submitted. Applicable cancellation charges will be in accordance with airline and hotel policies.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Hotel and Land Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refunds: Hotel cancellations are subject to the respective hotel’s policy. Non-refundable bookings are not
eligible for any refund. No refund shall be provided for unused nights (including early check-out) or any unutilized services (meals, transfers, sightseeing, entrance fees, etc.) for any reason whatsoever. In case of medical conditions, any exception will be subject to the hotel’s discretion.
Transfers, Activities & Tickets: Transfers and activities included in the itinerary are non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date, unless otherwise specified at the quotation stage in the “Points to Note” section, where applicable. Certain services may have separate cancellation policies, which must be adhered to accordingly. Entrance tickets are non-refundable once booked, unless specified otherwise.
Service Charges: A service charge of 5% of the total booking value will be applicable for cancellations of land services (including activities and transfers), as well as for any amendments. Hotel Policies & Timings: Check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable directly at the hotel.
