Important Information & Guidelines

General
All the Tibetan Monasteries are closed in Himachal till further notice.
In case of road blocks, the vehicle may need to take an alternate route to get you to your destination. This will be subject to additional charges as applicable and payable directly on ground.

Hotel

Hotels may not have free heater services available.
Heaters may be arranged from the hotel at additional charges on direct payment basis, varying from Rs 400 - Rs 1000, as per hotel charges and availability. We request you to kindly check the same with the hotel at the time of check-in to avoid inconvenience during stay.
Most of the 2-star and 3-star hotels in Himachal provide only mattresses and not extra beds.
Hotels in Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, and Dalhousie do not provide heaters free of cost. If you require a heater in the room, that will be payable extra directly at the hotel.

Tours And Transfers

Vehicle as mentioned in the booking will be provided.
Extra charges will be applicable if an additional vehicle or upgraded vehicle is required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
Vehicle is available for use only till 8 pm (as per itinerary); for North East India, vehicle is available only till 4 pm (as per itinerary). Vehicle being kept till late hours will be subject to night charges as applicable and payable directly on ground.
If you intend to visit Rohtang Pass, please note that tourist vehicles are only allowed till Gulaba Checkpost. Post Checkpost, local union taxis are to be hired to go till Rohtang Pass.
Rohtang Pass is closed for visits on Tuesdays as BRO (Border Road Organization) carries out maintenance of the Rohtang Road.
In order to visit Rohtang Pass, you need to obtain a permit. There are limited permits available every day (750 for local HP-registered vehicles and only 250 for tourist vehicles).
Driving in hilly areas is different from normal driving, and the speed limit would be 30 km per hour.
Vehicles in Hill Areas: Even if you opt for an AC vehicle, in hill stations the AC is non-operational to avoid damage or a mid-trip breakdown of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents.
Any cost arising due to unforeseen events like landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. will have to be borne by the guest. We will help in making the best possible alternate arrangements. We will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this.
In case you are booking an AC cab, while driving in hilly areas, the AC will be kept switched off.

Terms And Conditions

Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Seat selection and room allocation (including room number, floor, view, and proximity of rooms) are determined by the airline/hotel and cannot be guaranteed. In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
The price does not include any personal or incidental expenses, including laundry, room service, minibar charges, beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), tips, portage, and similar services.
If your stay falls on special dates (like 24th December, 31st December, 14th February, etc.) when the hotel organizes a gala dinner, then there may be mandatory Gala Dinner Charges payable directly at the hotel.
Country guidelines may change without notice. Hence, do check travel rules and your eligibility for travel on the regulatory website of the respective country/state before booking your travel.

Our Scope Of Services

We act solely as holiday organizers. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate, or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan, or any other facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour.
Therefore, please carefully note that:
You are required to follow the terms, conditions, and rules of each service provider. This includes, for example, airline baggage policies and hotel meal timings. Any consequences arising from non-compliance will be at your own risk.
If you cause any injury or damage to a service provider, you may be held liable, and any amounts recovered from us in this regard will be charged to you accordingly. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss, or damage etc. occasioned due to the act or default of such service providers, their employees, or agents.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/re-routing of flights, closure of/entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.
While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

Hotel And Land Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refunds: Hotel cancellations are subject to the respective hotel’s policy. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for any refund. No refund shall be provided for unused nights (including early check-out) or any unutilized services (meals, transfers, sightseeing, entrance fees, etc.) for any reason whatsoever. In case of medical conditions, any exception will be subject to the hotel’s discretion.
Transfers, Activities & Tickets: Transfers and activities included in the itinerary are non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date, unless otherwise specified at the quotation stage in the “Points to Note” section, where applicable. Certain services may have separate cancellation policies, which must be adhered to accordingly. Entrance tickets are non-refundable once booked, unless specified otherwise.
Service Charges: A service charge of 5% of the total booking value will be applicable for cancellations of land services (including activities and transfers), as well as for any amendments.
Hotel Policies & Timings: Check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable directly at the hotel.

Amendment Of Booking By Guest

If you wish to amend or change your booking, you must submit your request in writing to your travel advisor or email us
All such requests will be accepted subject to availability. Please note that any amendment or change will be treated as a new booking. If the amendment is made within the cancellation period, cancellation charges will apply as per the date the amendment request is submitted. Applicable cancellation charges will be in accordance with airline and hotel policies.

All foreign nationals, including children, require a visa and passport before visiting Himachal Pradesh. For visiting Himachal Pradesh, please consult the concerned embassies in your area. For clarifications, please contact the Indian High Commission.
