We had A wonderful time in Kashmir , Goa & ladakh thoroughly enjoyed touring. All the arrangements were made very well and we are very satisfied with the service and arrangements.   We wanted a completely customized trip to Leh and none of the tour operators met our demands until we met Sri Balaji Tours & Travels representatives. He had prepared a detailed itinerary to Leh, thereby making our tour memorable. Sri Balaji Tours & Travels had taken care of all the necessities like accommodation, comfort travel from one destination to the other, food, etc. We had requested further changes to the itinerary and it was done by our coordinator without any hassles.   Had an awesome experience, all the rooms included in the package were really comfortable. Best thing is that they are really flexible, we had plans of flying from Bangalore to Delhi and then by bus from Delhi to Manali and then leh. We had reached Delhi, due to some strike suddenly the road from Delhi to Manali was blocked(it was not at all possible to take that route). Within few hours our entire plan was changed and our flight to leh was booked, which helped us in not wasting our time in Delhi. This also shows the concern towards the customers. ...more

  Honeymoon Trip- Leh (5th Jun 2013) I am a Central Government employee and wish to thank “Shubh Tour and Travel Consultancy” for organizing our honeymoon-trip to Leh in Ladakh... I would like to start the feedback right from the day I called up Shubhttc Team to arrange this tour for me. It was you who was dealing with all the formalities and details of the trip. The explanation and the clarity with which you explained all the details were really great. Our trip was to start on the 05th June from Delhi, and after relaxing for one day in Super Deluxe accommodation, we went to Nubra valley. The trip to Nubra was adventurous but due to personal health issues I decided to re-arrange trip-plan. When I told Shubhttc Team about the whole issue, you were very calm and composed, in-fact after listening to you, I got the confidence that my problems are being dealt by the right person. With-in a span of 10 minutes you had rearranged the whole of the trip, it was simply amazing to see such efficiency. Furthermore, you always kept in touch with us during the whole trip and this was a really very warm gesture. And yes, how can I forget a yummy cake presented by your side in our room....It was superb in taste :) I really thank Shubhttc Team for such a wonderful experience you gave to us and I would personally always want you to arrange for any of the tours I ever plan.
