  I spoke to Joan and she was thorough with everything from when we landed from our trip in SA to when we finished the trip in KE. She mostly cared about my little ones which was so heartwarming. Our trip in Amboseli was the best , she organised a lit dinner as a surprise for my little one since he was turning 6 in a months time. I would definitely recommend them.   The booking process with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris was smooth and accommodating, even on short notice. Their guide, Ken, arrived early with a safari pop-up vehicle and took guests to the Giraffe Centre, a local market, and Nairobi National Park for a private 5-hour tour. They saw a wide range of wildlife, including lions, rhinos, giraffes, hippos, and more. Ken was knowledgeable, respectful of animals, attentive, and helped with photos without being overly talkative. The experience ended with a visit to Carnivore Restaurant.   Bottom line up front: the best trip EVER. That is a bold statement because I have been to over 50 countries (including 8 African countries). The accommodations, the people, the country, our guide and the animals defied all expectations. To start with Kosen (the owner of the tour company) arranged the trip to be exactly what we asked for. No detail was spared. It was our 30th anniversary and there was a special touch at every stop. More importantly, they sponsor schools in the bush to make sure the kids get a chance for education. They have recued young girls and built dormitories so they can get an education and autonomy. Furthermore, they sponsor soccer teams in the slums of Nairobi for impoverished urban kids and create academic support and tutoring programs to help lift them out of poverty.
