  My trip with this company was one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment I landed in Nairobi, everything was well organized. The driver-guide was friendly and very knowledgeable about wildlife. I saw lions, elephants, and even the great migration. The lodges were comfortable, food was tasty, and I always felt safe.   I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.
